Case study:Biodiversity Science

We created an online magazine for Operation Wallacea, which runs biodiversity and conservation research management programmes. The peer-reviewed quarterly magazine, Biodiversity Science, goes out to 40,000 subscribers with the latest developments from the field in conservation science or management, new species discoveries and improvements in biodiversity survey techniques.

We developed the ‘Zeditor’ online platform for Biodiversity Science to take advantage of up-to-date analytical tools, link-building to other websites and further information, and embracing responsive and social media.

Statistics on the most-read articles are readily available, helping to build future content, and readers can comment on individual stories and features, as well as sharing them with colleagues, increasing exposure for the client.

“The first issue was exceptional and we’ve forwarded the link to some teaching friends of ours who will be very interested in sharing some of the articles with their classes.” Wayne Bennett
