Case study:Drainmarkers

Drainmarkers had a website that was doing well but had reached the limits of what it could achieve using a ‘build it yourself’ web service. We redeveloped the website, customising a Siteroom design (Cushy) with Drainmarkers’ branding and colour scheme, and used an e-commerce add-on which allows the company to input as many products as it likes into the online shop.

The existing content was too heavy, so we simplified it and restructured the content, pushing the main features and benefits, and optimised the site for search engines.

In the first month since the site’s relaunch, search engine traffic has quadrupled, the number of unique visitors has doubled and the bounce rate is down 20%.
